Found out today that two of my friends from high school were at the midnight showing in theater 8 that night

For those who don’t know, theater 9 was the one that was targeted. I’m so grateful that they are okay, but I cannot imagine how terrifying that must have been, even in the next theater over. 

And also, fuck the WBC. If they really picket the memorial service, they can seriously go fuck themselves. So many of my friends are hurting, their families are hurting, and the whole city of Aurora is hurting. None of the people who died deserved that death. And if the WBC comes in and tries to say otherwise, they can go fuck off. Aurora is stronger than them and will overcome their negativity. But my rage at them is indescribable at the moment. How fucking dare they.
